Melissa is one of our newest employees and comes to LAS with 20 years of experience in the appraisal business and an understanding of the New York residential market. Melissa is an important member of the Quality Assurance team as she reviews appraisal reports for compliance, accuracy and credibility while implementing specific client guidelines for each report.
