The LAS Quality assurance team or a LAS certified appraiser completes all requested reviews of appraisals from our client base. These reviews are either Desk Reviews with no inspection of the subject or full Field Reviews which require an exterior inspection of the subject property. The diligence for these types of appraisals is not only a complete analysis of the appraisal under review but also a complete due diligence to ascertain the market conditions as well as the best comparables available to support and justify the opinion of market value.
